Hey all! This coming week's strength program focuses on your motor-control abilities, a fancy-schmancy term for your ability to perform ALL repetitions with fantastic form and with the right muscles all the way through the last rep of the last set.
Do not add weight to make them harder, and do not add repetitions!!!
We're doing a variation of de-loading, which only works if you follow what's written.
