Coach Brig gave us a five-minute file review of Thursday's Tempo Hour of Power. Here are some things to look for in your file:
Did your cadence drop or change over the course of the tempo portion?
How much did your heart rate change over the course of the tempo portion?
Did your peak power come down (if you disabled ERG) during the bursts?
Eric did a great job on the workout. It appears that he did the entire workout with ERG disabled. He did a pretty good job of pinning his power around 200 watts for the tempo session and hitting the targeted 250 watts for the sprints. Great job, Eric!
