A custom training plan is a great option for your next step after BaseCamp. We'll find out your goals, training schedule, and any other helpful details, and then we'll build an 8-week or 12-week training plan for you based on those things. Here's how it works:
- You'll complete a training and goal questionnaire
- We'll set up a 15-minute online meeting with a coach for initial goal and training discovery
- The coach builds your plan in TrainingPeaks and loads it to your calendar
- We'll set up a 30-minute plan meeting so you and the coach can review your new plan before you begin
Ongoing plan edits or questions are not included, but you can purchase additional consulting time for $75 per hour.
