BASECAMP GROUP WORKOUTS
Join 3x world champion, 3x Olympian, and 6x national champion Amber Neben for a 16-week progressive training program focused on building overall strength and endurance. This program will include two workouts per week on Tuesdays and Thursdays. The intention will be to provide structure, guidance, and new tools to meet your cycling and overall fitness goals.

Come train with me and the BaseCamp team! I want to help you crush your buddies, hang on at the local group ride, train for a fun event or a goal race, improve your triathlon bike leg, or simply just get stronger! In BaseCamp we work together to help you get physically and mentally stronger. We'll also hang out in our fun community where learning, finding encouragement, accountability, and making new friends all take place. Everything I've learned about longevity, recovery, training, adversity, and mental toughness on my journey to being an Olympian and world champion is applicable to life and your own personal “Olympics.”
