What's new in 2022

We've been hard at work finding ways to make BaseCamp even better than it's ever been, and we're really excited to share it with you! Here are a few of the new things you can expect this year.

New features for all

New coaches and pros

We've added new team members to our staff, including master triathlon/cycling coach Karen Mackin and Rebecca "Becks" Durrell: pro rider from the UK, 2019 national crit champion, Tim's athlete, and new mother returning to racing.

More group rides and workouts

Since our BaseCampers are in so many different time zones, we're adding more group rides and meetups so that more of us can train together.

New training plans

Our 2022 plans include help videos, adjustment instructions, varied warmup protocols, and a variety of new workouts with fatigue resistance, micro intervals, cadence work, and more.

Yoga classes

In 2021 we introduced a couple impromptu yoga classes, and this year we're making these online classes an official BaseCamp feature with master yoga instructor Keith Moore.

New Pro features

Advanced training/coaching webinars

Coach Tim Cusick is hosting a new webinar series for Pro members interested in deeper training analysis and strategies using WKO and TrainingPeaks.

New strength resistance training

Menachem Brodie's is adding more strength resistance work to the BaseCamp strength program, now that many of us have access to gyms with machines and free weights.

Nutrition program improvements

Dr. Namrita Brooke is building her 2022 BaseCamp nutrition program to include more tips, advice, recipes, contests, and a BaseCamp cookbook!

Free premium TrainingPeaks

All Pro members' TrainingPeaks accounts will be upgraded to premium throughout the BaseCamp program.
