You're here because one of our winter group coaching athletes thought you would enjoy participating in our sixteen-week, virtual, winter base training program! This fully-coached program is customized to your cycling discipline, availability, and goals, with workouts designed to set you up for your best season yet. We blend on-the-bike workouts, nutrition guidance, a full strength program, and sports psychology into a motivating approach to training. You can get all the details here!

 

As a referred athlete, you have access to our lowest rate of $499 for the program when you use the code NEWFRIEND and pay in full by November 11, 2026. You can also reserve your spot now for just $25. Training kicks off on November 30!
