Road, multi-day events

I’m a retired Canadian professional road cyclist, certified coach, and climbing specialist who raced at the highest level of the sport for over a decade, from 2009 to 2021. Born in Barrie, Ontario, I’m proudly bilingual in French and English. I fell in love with cycling as a kid and never looked back.

I moved to Québec at 18 years old to study medical biology at the Université du Québec à Trois-Rivières, where I also contributed to Canada's doping control research initiatives before turning professional at 24. That scientific foundation—analytical, rigorous, and evidence-based—is at the core of how I coach today, although grit (work with what you've got!) and a passion for life are what stand out most in my style.

Athletic Career

During my 12+ years as a professional, I competed across five continents and represented Canada at four world championships. A true climbing specialist, I earned overall victories at the Green Mountain Stage Race, Killington Stage Race, and Tour de Murrieta, along with stage wins at some of the sport's most prestigious events, including the Tour of Thüringen, Cascade Cycling Classic, Tour of the Gila, and San Dimas Stage Race. I finished the Race Across America, competed in the Spring Classics and the Tour de France Femmes, and claimed eight Champion of Québec titles, along with three Canadian National Championship podiums.

My palmares include Queen of the Mountains jerseys at Flèche Wallonne, the Philly Cycling Classic, Redlands Bicycle Classic, and several top international stage races, plus Best Young Rider honors at three events. In 2013 and 2017, I took silver at the Jeux de la Francophonie in Nice, France, and Côte d'Ivoire, and in 2022 I competed in the prestigious Life Time Grand Prix series after retiring from professional racing.

Coaching Philosophy

I’ve been training seriously for over twenty year, and I bring that lived experience directly into my coaching. I specialize in road cycling, climbing, stage racing and strategy, and endurance performance. My approach blends sport science with the practical, hard-won knowledge that only comes from racing world championships, surviving brutal European classics, and digging deep in multi-day stage races.

I believe in building athletes who are not just physically prepared, but also mentally resilient. I like to say, “Find ways to see the bright side of challenges, stay hungry, and go after your goals!"

Whether you're chasing your first gran fondo, targeting a podium, or building toward a stage race, I meet you where you are and help you get to where you want to be.
