Using the Circle mobile app

The Circle mobile app makes it easy to stay connected to the BaseCamp community from anywhere! Read posts, join discussions, comment, and receive notifications, all from your phone or tablet.

Quick Start

Step-by-Step Instructions

1. Click the links above and install the app to your device.

2. Open the app and log in to your Circle account with the same account you used on the web.

3. Once logged in, you’ll see all your available Circles.

4. Tap the Winter BaseCamp 2026 group name, and you'll see your Spaces (Community, Training, Nutrition, Tech Support, etc.) appear in the lefthand menu.

5. Set up notifications by tapping your Profile photo → Notifications. Choose how you want to receive alerts: push, email, or both. We recommend enabling push notifications to stay updated on new posts, mentions, or messages.

6. Scroll through the Feed to see the latest activity or tap into a Space to view or join a discussion. Comment, like, or create new posts right from your phone!

• Keep the app updated for the best performance and new features.

• Use push notifications for key Spaces but turn off alerts for less active ones to avoid overload.

• Bookmark your favorite Spaces for quick access from the app's home screen.

Troubleshooting

• If you can't log in, confirm you're using the email address connected to your Circle account invitation.

• If the app doesn't show the BaseCamp circle, log out and back in to refresh your Circles.

• For missing notifications, check both in-app and device notification settings to ensure permissions are enabled.
