Why we moved to Circle

For years, our winter group training program has used a private Facebook group as the hub of our community: the place to connect, ask questions, share wins, and support one another. But as BaseCamp grows, so do our needs, and this year we're excited to move our community to Circle at no cost to you!

Why the change? Circle gives us a space designed for exactly what we do: learning, training, and connecting in a focused environment. Here are the three key reasons we're making the move.

Easier Navigation and Organization

In Facebook, valuable conversations often disappear into a long feed. With Circle, topics and threads are organized and easy to find. Whether you're looking for ride details, a coach's tip, or last week's Q&A, you'll be able to access it quickly without endless scrolling.

Better Search and Support

Our new platform makes it simple to search for content, past discussions, and resources. Missed a strength session tip? Want to revisit a coach's answer on fueling? Circle's robust search and bookmark tools help you get exactly what you need when you need it.

Privacy and Focus

Circle is a private, members-only space free from the distractions and ads of social media. This means our conversations stay within the BaseCamp community, where the focus is on training, learning, and supporting each other.

We're confident that this move will make your BaseCamp experience smoother, more supportive, and more engaging. Just as your training is built on structure and purpose, your community should be too. Circle gives us that foundation.
