Wondering why your workouts in TrainingPeaks have different colors? Here's what they mean!
Green: You nailed this workout, completing 80-120% of the plan.
Yellow: You completed 50-80% of 120-150% of the plan.
Orange: You completed less than 50% or greater than 150% of the plan.
Red: This workout was missed or skipped.
Gray: This workout was not a planned workout.
