Four tips for mastering Circle

Circle is our private online community platform: a central hub where athletes, coaches, and experts connect, learn, and share. It replaces our Facebook groups in previous sessions and provides a cleaner, easier-to-navigate experience focused entirely on your training journey.

What are Spaces?

Spaces are organized sections within Circle dedicated to specific topics. For example:

  • Community: connect, share, and celebrate with fellow athletes

  • Ask a Coach: post questions directly to our coaching team

  • Learning Center: educational content, resources, and recordings

Each Space is its own focused environment designed to make information easy to find and engagement more meaningful.

What are Posts?

Posts are the conversations, updates, and shared insights you'll find inside each Space. You can read, comment, or create your own posts to engage with coaches and fellow athletes.

Four tips to mastering Circle

1. Understand the Feed

The Feed is your activity stream. It shows new posts, comments, and updates from every Space you follow. Think of it as your daily community dashboard: a quick way to stay informed and connected.

2. Navigate the Spaces

Use Spaces to explore topics and connect with the right people. Each Space focuses on a single theme, so you can easily find what you need without endless scrolling.

3. Use Topics to Find What You Want

Within each Space, posts are organized by Topics: tags that group related discussions. Use Topics to quickly find training advice, workout tips, or specific information without searching through the entire feed.

4. Personalize Your Experience

Follow or unfollow Spaces based on your interests, adjust your notifications to control what alerts you receive, and complete your profile so others can get to know you. A little customization makes your Circle experience more valuable and personal. We highly suggest using the weekly digest feature on Thursdays, as it will help you keep up with important information.

If you have questions about any of these features, ask our Tech Support Agent, post a question in Circle, or email us at info@joinbasecamp.com.
