Why do I have 2 strength workouts?
TrainingPeaks' new structured strength workouts do not currently sync to other devices (including Hexis), so the structured workouts will not appear in your Hexis app. For this reason, there are two strength workouts on your TrainingPeaks calendar for each strength day: a structured workout that you can work through as you perform the exercise and a non-structured one that contains the planned duration of your strength workout for the benefit of Hexis's fueling advice.
You can simply ignore the planned non-structured strength workout. If you'd like the completed workout to sync to Hexis, you can enter your completed duration in the non-structured workout after you finish it.
If you decide not to continue with Hexis after the free period, you can simply delete the non-structured strength workouts from your TrainingPeaks calendar.
