Select whether you've been training seriously for less than two years or for two years or more.
Rate the Quality of Your Warmup
Choose a rating for your warmup from 1 to 10, with 10 being excellent and executed on plan, 5 being average, and 1 being poor, with many interruptions and not feeling ready to go hard during the workout.
Rate the Quality of Your Pacing
Choose a rating for the pacing of your test from 1 to 10, with 10 being excellent (you nailed the pacing), 5 being average, and 1 being poor, having started too hard or too easy.
Rate the Quality of Your Overall Test Performance
Choose a rating for the test from 1 to 10, with 10 being excellent (a perfect test workout), 5 being average, and 1 being poor (a total disaster).
