How it works:
- Complete the survey at the bottom of our Next Steps page
- Coach Kathy will recommend a coach
- Meet with your coach to review your training and formulate a strategy for your custom plan
- The coach builds 12 weeks of training and loads them in your TrainingPeaks calendar
- Meet with your coach to review your new plan
- Meet with the coach 2-3 weeks into the plan for questions or minor adjustments
Please note: This option does not include ongoing plan edits; additional consulting time can be purchased for $100/hour.
