SCIENCE AND STOKE WITH TIM & REBECCA
Join 7x world champion and Liv Cycling athlete Rebecca Rusch for a 16-week progressive training program focused on building overall strength and endurance together. The program includes public workouts on Tuesdays and Thursday mornings hosted by Rebecca and her coach, BaseCamp founder Tim Cusick. Each ride will offer Coach Tim’s expertise on the science behind the structure of each workout, while Rebecca provides the stoke and motivational tips and tools to complete the workout and meet your cycling goals.
