I beat my previous French Fry time by well over an hour and felt better at the end than my previous two outings!
The training and nutrition education definitely paid off. Thank you, Coaches Tim Cusick and Namrita Brooke, and, of course, Rebecca Rusch for a very worthwhile trading program! It’s amazing what a good training plan and retirement can do for one's fitness! 😁 In all seriousness, the education about the correct use of training zones and nutrition, made a HUGE impact!
