Tim Cusick
Head Coach
Tim Cusick is a world-class cycling coach, a leader in data analytics for endurance sports, an educator, and an innovative business leader. As a coach, he’s compiled an impressive history of success and jerseys. His approach to coaching peak performance focuses on the whole athlete and the components of success for the whole athlete.
Namrita Brooke
Head Coach
Namrita has a PhD in applied exercise physiology, a masters degree in sports nutrition, and is also a registered dietitian. She is a former head coach of a D1 Collegiate Cycling program and has also coached athletes to win races such as Gravel Worlds Long Voyage, Hoodoo 300, and Barry Roubaix. Her knowledge and experience with nutrition, physiology, and training allows her to seamlessly integrate these elements to build a strong and healthy athlete.

Our one-on-one coaching is the ultimate experience! Our coaches start with a formal goal-setting process to ensure they understand what you want to achieve. Once your goals are established, an in-depth analysis of your training history and results produce a start-up plan where your coach can communicate some strengths and limiters and a big-picture program to get you to your goal. Once we establish your goals, analyze your training history, and present the start-up plan, your coach will build your unique and individual training program and begin one-on-one coaching.
Here are some highlights of what coaching with a BaseCamp coach includes:

Custom Plan: Your plan is completely customized to your schedule, goals, and events. We don’t do cookie cutter plans.

Personal Review Meetings: You'll meet with your coach for at least two 30-minute meetings each month to review your performance, analyze your data, and get advice on how to succeed.
