The 2026 calendar is built around bringing our community together in meaningful ways. From coach-led training sessions and interactive panels to challenges, webinars, and weekly conversations, every event is designed to connect athletes, share knowledge, and support growth. Together we create an environment where coaching, learning, and development come to life as part of the BaseCamp experience.
BaseCamp winter group workouts on Zwift
Every Tuesday and Thursday, our coaches lead structured, progressive workouts that build fitness step by step through the winter. All rides are banded so no one gets dropped, ensuring you stay connected, motivated, and supported as you train with the BaseCamp community.
Public workouts every Tuesday and Thursday
Time (ET) | Leaders |
7:00 a.m. | Paul Jobin & Jim Pomeroy |
10:00 a.m. | Tim Cusick & Rebecca Rusch |

You don’t need to make the scheduled group workout times to participate in the program. We offer numerous additional private meetups, and you can always complete your training on your own schedule either indoors with any training system or outdoors on the road or with a friend. The workouts are built to be flexible so you can execute them when and how it works best for you while still staying connected to the BaseCamp community.
BaseCamp 2026 event descriptions
The BaseCamp calendar is built to give you more than just workouts. It is a full training, learning, and community experience. Here are the main types of events you will find:
Webinars:
Cycle Previews and Wrap-Up Sessions
These coach-led meetings set the stage for each new training cycle and close out the season. You will learn the focus of the coming block, how to approach the workouts, and how to measure progress.
Education Webinars
Deep-dive sessions on training, nutrition, strength, and mental performance. These are designed to teach you the "why" behind the plan so you can become a smarter, more confident athlete.
Coach Panels
Interactive discussions with our coaching team and guest experts. These panels bring multiple perspectives to key topics in endurance sports, from equipment to performance strategies.
Coaching:
CoachCasts
Each week our coaching team hosts the BaseCamp CoachCast, a live session designed to keep you connected and on track. We start with a review of the past week, then preview the week ahead, highlighting key workouts and training focus. Most importantly, the CoachCast is built around interaction, with open Q&A and real coaching discussion that gives you direct access to our coaches and the BaseCamp community.
StrengthCast
Quick, practical pieces of information to support your strength training journey and answer your questions
Community Support and Help Desk
Open Q&A sessions and holiday pauses to keep you supported year round. These sessions ensure you always have a place to bring your questions and challenges.
Various supporting and learning content
Short-Form Learning
In addition to our live sessions, BaseCamp offers a variety of short-form learning formats designed to give you quick, practical insights without a big time investment. Nerdcasts, Toolboxes, workout previews, workout reviews, and tips deliver focused advice on training, nutrition, strength, and performance. These bite-sized resources are available any time, giving you flexible ways to keep learning and improving alongside your structured training.
Social Events/Happy Hours
After each challenge, we gather for a relaxed virtual happy hour to celebrate achievements, share stories, and enjoy time together as a community. It is a fun way to connect beyond the workouts, recognize progress, and strengthen the bonds that make BaseCamp special.
