Bee's story: Truckee Gravel

BaseCamp athlete Bee Kickel shared her experience at the 2026 Truckee Gravel bike race in California.

Two goals: Better nutrition and stay on course. Got the nutrition nailed but still managed to go off course within probably 100 feet of finish. What are we going to do with me?! :-)

Really good day on a bike and ended up 2nd in 50-59 women. Very happy with the result and to share the podium with my bestie, Tracy Ellwein.
