Had a good day at Illinois Senior Games. 2nd in 5K Time Trial; 1st in 35K Gravel Race; 70-74 age division. First ever gravel race. First ever gravel race hosted but the Senior Games. Beautiful country near Illinois River, Jim Edgar Fish & Wildlife Area. Gravel was challenging, loose and crunchy, rollers.
