Sharon's story: A successful season

BaseCamp athlete Sharon Keith shared her recap of her 2025 event season.

🌟 73 and stronger than ever! 🌟 I took Carrie's advice and wrote down what I actually accomplished this year. Wow, seeing it all in one place was eye opening.

Listening to the BaseCamp podcast lit the spark, and I was reminded of a simple but powerful truth: you don't have to be perfect. You have to show up and stay consistent. That's where the magic happens.

Every rep, every step, every choice adds up. I am grateful for the coaching and guidance I received from Brian Hammond and Menachem Brodie in 2025, which kept me motivated and on schedule.
