Susan's story: The Rad Dirt Fest

BaseCamp athlete Susan Helm-Murtagh shared her experience at the 2025 Rad Dirt Fest in Colorado.

Finished off the season at the Rad Dirt Fest in Trinidad (the one in Colorado 😀). 70 miles, 6700 feet of climbing, with some fun techy parts thrown in to keep it interesting. Got 2nd AG (W 60-69). Thanks to Coach Jill Gass for the prep and the pep talks!
