BaseCamp alum Laverne Eberly shared his experience at the 2023 Church Creek Time Trial in Cambridge, Maryland.
All the Basecamp training paying off! Thanks to all the good training on pacing and Rachelle doing some math with me, I was able to come up with a good target for my power. We shot for 300 watts average, and I had to chuckle when I finished and looked at my average (see below). Thanks so much to all the coaches at BaseCamp.
