Super stoked on the QSR day 1! All that high cadence training (neuromuscular modulation) we did was the key to the second half of the ride today for me. I kept two things in my head for the last 16 miles: higher cadence (aerobic vs muscular fatigue) and "Melinda, you are doing awesome!" just like Tim advised. Thanks for that!
