Week 7 Preview: Adding Texture to the Rhythm

Week 7 continues the rhythm you established in Week 6, but now we begin to add texture. The aerobic foundation remains steady. Tempo still anchors the week. What changes is the use of a small, purposeful dose of intensity that sits on top of that rhythm rather than disrupt it.
