Preparing for our first FTP test

This weekend we have our first functional threshold power (FTP) test! As a reminder, your FTP is the highest power output you can maintain in a quasi-steady state without fatiguing, usually about 20-70 minutes. It’s a critical measure of endurance and overall fitness, and we’ll also use it to determine your training zones and workout intensities moving forward this winter.
